An estimated 20,000 fans who went to see her concert were stunned when bootylicious singer Beyonce Knowles did an unusual 'number' Monday night during her concert at Orlando Florida. Beyonce falls halfway down the stairs while performing Ring the Alarm but like the pro that she is, she bounced back up and didn't miss a beat! "As a person who was there and saw the actual incident, it was nothing short of a semi miracle that she got up. She really did take a nasty tumble and to get RIGHT up was a heroic feat. Later, her leg was seen bleeding, so this was no staged event. It was amazing to see her jump back up and continue for the remainder of the SHOW and it was a SHOW!!" according to one fan.
